By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

We are a driver recruiting and referral agency.
We do not employ drivers and do not operate commercial motor vehicles. Our role is to:

• Collect information from Applicants
   
• Match Applicants with Carriers that may offer employment or contracting opportunities
   
• Facilitate communication between Applicants and Carriers
   

We do not guarantee hiring, job placement, or any specific terms of employment.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
   
• You are legally permitted to work in the United States.
   
• You hold any required licenses (e.g., CDL-A) and qualifications requested by Carriers.
   
• All information you submit is accurate, truthful, and complete.
   

Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from our system and possible reporting to Carriers.

When you submit an application through our website, phone numbers, or other forms:

• You authorize us to share your information with partnered Carriers for hiring consideration.
   
• You consent to being contacted by phone, SMS, email, or other communication channels.
   
• You acknowledge that the Carrier—not our agency—makes all hiring decisions.
   

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted documents and personal information.

Using our services does not create an employment relationship between:

• You and our company
   
• You and our website
   
• You and any of our recruiters
   

Any employment or contractor relationship that may occur is strictly between the Driver and the Carrier.

We are not responsible for:

• Employment terms
   
• Compensation
   
• Equipment, trucks, or miles
   
• Dispatching
   
• Tax obligations
   
• Compliance with federal or state trucking regulations
   

All job listings, pay details, benefits, and descriptions provided by Carriers or displayed by us are based on information the Carrier has supplied.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of Carrier-provided details
   
• Availability of positions
   
• Final pay packages or benefits
   
• Home time, equipment type, or freight availability
   

Carriers may change their offerings at any time without notification.

We may conduct or facilitate screenings, including:

• Work history verification
   
• CDL status verification
   
• Safety record checks
   
• Background checks (performed by the Carrier, not us)
   
• Drug test requests (Carrier-specific)
   

We do not determine or influence Carrier hiring requirements.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

• Decisions made by Carriers
   
• Employment disputes between you and Carriers
   
• Loss of income, opportunities, or contracts
   
• Misrepresentation by a Carrier
   
• Any actions taken by third parties
   

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

We cannot guarantee:

• That you will be hired
   
• That a Carrier will respond
   
• That you will qualify for specific positions
   
• Any timeline for Carrier communication or orientation scheduling
   

We are a referral service only.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your information.
