These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, recruitment services, and communications (including SMS, phone, and email) related to connecting commercial truck drivers (“Applicants,” “Drivers,” “you”) with trucking companies (“Carriers”).

By accessing our website, submitting information, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

CDLane USA is a driver recruiting and referral agency.

We do not employ drivers and do not operate commercial motor vehicles. Our role is limited to:

• Collecting information from Applicants
   
• Matching Applicants with Carriers that may offer employment or contracting opportunities
   
• Facilitating communication between Applicants and Carriers
   

We do not guarantee hiring, job placement, pay, benefits, or specific employment terms.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
   
• You are legally permitted to work in the United States
   
• You hold required licenses (e.g., CDL-A) and qualifications requested by Carriers
   
• All information you submit is accurate, truthful, and complete
   

Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from our system and notification to Carriers.

When you submit an application through our website, phone, SMS, or other communication methods:

• You authorize us to share your information with partnered Carriers for hiring consideration
   
• You consent to being contacted by phone, SMS, and email regarding recruitment opportunities
   
• You acknowledge that hiring decisions are made solely by the Carrier
   

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information and documents.

Use of our services does not create an employment relationship between:

• You and CDLane USA
   
• You and our recruiters
   
• You and our website
   

Any employment or independent contractor relationship is strictly between the Driver and the Carrier. We are not responsible for:

• Employment terms or compensation
   
• Equipment, dispatching, or mileage
   
• Taxes or regulatory compliance
   
• Carrier policies or practices
   

All job listings, pay details, benefits, and descriptions are based on information provided by Carriers. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of Carrier-provided details
   
• Availability of positions
   
• Final pay, benefits, or home time
   

Carriers may modify or withdraw opportunities at any time.

We may facilitate or assist with:

• Work history verification
   
• CDL status verification
   
• Safety record review
   

Background checks, drug tests, and final qualification decisions are conducted by the Carrier, not CDLane USA.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from CDLane USA related to:

• Driver recruitment opportunities
   
• Application updates
   
• Job status notifications
   
• Required documentation or onboarding steps
   

Message frequency may vary based on your application status and activity, but you can expect up to 10 messages per week.

You may opt in to SMS communications by:

• Submitting your phone number through our website or application forms
   
• Providing verbal or written consent during phone or digital communication
   

After opting in, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your subscription.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message
   

Once you opt out:

• You will be automatically unsubscribed
   
• You will receive a confirmation message
   
• You will no longer receive SMS messages from CDLane USA

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

• Lost income or opportunities
   
• Errors or delays in SMS or communication delivery
   
• Service interruptions caused by carriers, networks, or third-party providers
   

Use of our services is at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to access restricted areas of our website
   
• Submit false or unlawful information
   
• Copy, distribute, or misuse our content
   

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
